The Lingual Octopus platform helps kids with global reading and typing at different levels. It can also support visual memory, retrieving words and expanding the lexicon. The system is designed mostly for children at the age 4-8, and children with special needs at various ages
The library consists of 90 books in various topics and levels. New materials will be added constantly.
The materials are prepared by a team lead by the founder of the Yael Center and developer of the VML and MDT methods for treatment of autism and apraxia of speech, Dr. Elad Vashdi, and VML senior therapist-speech therapist Mrs Raluca Popa and VML senior therapist Mrs Paula Mamina-Chiriac, alongside international collegial collaboration.
Each reader contains 10 main pages with increasing number of words, level dependent. You can listen to the words and in addition, practice typing in three levels.
You can skip the pages, pressing on the dots at the lower bar.
